On February 14, CCE testified before the DC Council Committee on Public Safety and the Judiciary on the FY 2013 performance of two DC agencies, the Office of Administrative Hearings and the Office on Returning Citizen Affairs.
On February 20, CCE testified before the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Task Force on Restoration of Rights and Status After Conviction.
