CCE Issues 2024 Progress Report on Strategic Plan, Including Board and Staff Diversity

January 28, 2025 - CCE has reached the end of our 2022 – 2024 Strategic Plan, which was adopted by our Board of Directors in December 2021. The Strategic Plan created six “Pillars” around which to focus CCE’s work, as well as a series of goals, outcomes, measurements, and steps to accomplish those goals. The plan also called for CCE to publish certain race equity metrics and set up a transparent progress to share progress annually to advance public accountability around our race equity goals. This report presents select updates on the progress made in the last three years, identifies some important items that were not accomplished or may be pushed to the next strategic plan cycle because of staffing, capacity, or other challenges, and shares some demographic metrics we are tracking toward our overall diversity goals.
